Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine, a singer-composer who is known for his unique mix of soul gospel jazz R&B and R&B. From Broadway to European music festivals and clubs Sunshine has performed across the globe. Sunshine is a name that she has given her has been given as Denise White. Though she lives in Atlanta but she is out of Chester Pennsylvania where she began music by performing and playing the piano in churches. She attended Spellman College and began to master the R&B style of Atlanta. The Fighting Temptations The single featuring her voice,"Stalk You A House 12 came out only in Japan. It's been remixed many times, and is the mainstay of her live show. The Fighting Temptations was the another soundtrack on which she sang. She was named the main keyboardist of Tyler Perry's stage play Meet the Browns in 2005. Jennifer Holliday, who won Tony and Grammy Awards for her vocals and her music, invited Sunshine to sing in the Dreamgirls production during Atlanta's National Black Arts Festival. Sunshine was the subject of national media notice during the four performances during the 2008 Democratic National Convention and was then invited to sing at the inauguration of President Obama in 2009.
